Our Ingredient Philosophy

We built NerveCalm around a simple idea: fewer, better-chosen ingredients beat a long list of fillers. Instead of stacking in dozens of botanicals for the sake of a longer label, we focused on five plant-based ingredients, each with a specific role in the formula and a documented history of traditional use.

Below is a closer look at each one, including where it comes from and why it's part of the NerveCalm formula.

Corydalis Yanhusuo

Where it comes from: A flowering plant in the poppy family, with a root long used in traditional Eastern herbal practices.
